We are a British based rental agency letting out privately owned high quality apartments & villa's on the south coast of Tenerife. We offer short term holiday rentals or long term rentals for people who wish to spend more time in a warmer all year round climate. There is no set change over days, leaving you to book flights when it suits you.

Our featured complex is Winter Gardens in Golf del Sur which has 1, 2, &3 bed apartments sleep up to 8 people. All apartments are equipped with fridge/freezers, microwaves E.T.C. and most have washing machines and British TV systems. Some apartments are penthouses and have private rooftop sun terraces. The complex also boasts a heated pool, poolside bar & diner, resaurant & bar and an 8 lane bowling green,

We also have properties on other complexes in the area as well as other resorts in the south of Tenerife such as Las Americas & Los Cristianos,

We also offer a full management service to owners and are always on the lookout for new properties to add to our portfolio of accomodation.
